A resistant and stable shape is developed with respect to its slenderness, for the evolution of the shape the geometric laws of the ellipse have been taken into account. The denintive device obtained is composed of an elliptical central core and two elliptical ends that would correspond to the 100m2 surface to house two 50m2 houses as indicated in the program. These elliptical elements attached to the nucleus when the division of the floors is carried out, obtain mobile freedom. With this, bearing in mind the idea of an icon of the city, the aim is to generate an artefact that is characterised by its attractiveness, ordered turns of the ends are generated every 15º giving a result.
